RCPI Assessment & Integration Refresh

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This effort takes a practical look at regional plans, frameworks, and tools developed across programs and initiatives. The goal is to understand what exists today, how these resources connect, and how they’re actually being used.

Across the region, many planning products have been developed over time-but awareness, access, and alignment vary. This project focuses on making those resources easier to find, understand, and use, while identifying realistic, high-impact opportunities to strengthen how they support regional partners.

Work is being completed in phases, starting with a high-level assessment to build a shared picture of current resources, followed by targeted improvements based on partner input and identified priorities.

This effort builds on past regional planning work, including RCPGP, and is designed to support-not replace-existing partner-led efforts.

BACKGROUND & LEGACY RESOURCES (RCPGP)

These materials provide background on earlier regional planning efforts, including work completed under the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP). They are provided for reference and context-particularly for partners who are new to the region or would like to revisit how current efforts evolved.
