WebEOC Regional PAR scheduling

  • Please indicate which times below you would be available to discuss each respective topic, as appropriate. If your organization does not use a particular function of WebEOC, do not sign up for one of the sessions; these short meetings need to stay focused on the region's needs.
    Please check the boxes below to indicate when you are available to meet virtually with WebEOC representatives to discuss your organization's needs and processes.
  • Define requirements for the event reporting process (this process facilitates granular situation awareness and involves identifying common components of the process like activity log, significant events, etc.); present/discuss common variations in the event reporting workflow; identify regional workflow preferences, including business rules, notification, etc.; and identify regional requirements related to content / form fields.
  • Define requirements for the request management process (this process facilitates requests for information, action, and tangible resources; present/discuss common variations to the request management workflow); identify regional workflow preferences, including business rules, notification, etc.; and identify regional requirements related to content / form fields.
  • Define requirements for the situation reporting process. (this process facilitates aggregate situation awareness; present/discuss common variations to the situation reporting workflow); identify regional workflow preferences, including business rules, methods for capturing stakeholder input, etc.; and identify regional requirements related to content / form fields.
  • Define requirements for the pre-identified specialized processes (i.e. boards/processes that are most beneficial in specific situations / hazard events like the shelter board; identify boards/processes that are most interesting to a portion of the WebEOC end-user community; or identify boards/processes where data sensitivity may also restrict user access like law enforcement boards/processes); create a list of desired specialized boards/processes; and identify requirements and workflow preferences for the highest priority specialized processes.
