Morning Sentinels,

The WebEOC Work Group is November 27 from 1:30 – 3:00 at the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management.  Address: 307 Fort St, Richmond, TX 77469.  

The agenda for the meeting is to discuss the finalize the Pros and Cons from the survey and review Jeff Newbold’s responses to our questions.  We will review the information and come up with document that has a summary of the two documents and our recommendations.

This document will go to the Tech Work Group to review to add any additional information and then finally to the RCC in January.

Important:  this meeting is for only Sentinels to discuss your responses and create the recommended action document.

This meeting is in person only so no  GoToMeeting or conference call information will be provided.  You must be present to participate in the meeting.

I know this may be a long drive for some of you, but I hope you can attend to provide your input.   If you don’t feel comfortable driving in Houston, try contacting your neighboring county/city to carpool.  Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris County are used to driving to the in Houston track.
