The Houston UASI Planners Work Group is pleased to invite you to a peer planning workshop focused on Continuity of Operations (COOP). The workshop includes presentations from planners and subject matter experts who have experience with COOP, as well as a short exercise designed to test your plan. See the attached announcement for more information.

This workshop is open to the whole Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) region. Feel free to share this email to partners in your jurisdiction, agency, or organization who may have COOP responsibilities.

Jurisdictions and regional agencies are encouraged to bring their plans, annexes, job aids, or standard operating procedures/guidelines related to this topic to the workshop. If you do not have a COOP plan, this workshop will give you ideas on how to develop one.
