Naming convention

  • [title]: full name of your project as entered in application form and budget
  • [jurisdiction]: a uniform abbreviation of your jurisdiction (e.g., COH, MC, HC, BAY)
  • [type]: either “aform”, “budget”, or “supp” (supplemental, only as needed!)
  • Convention: FY2026 UASI – [title]_[jurisdiction]_[type]

Examples (naming convention):

  • FY2026 UASI – HFD Hazmat Sustainment_COH_aform
  • FY2026 UASI – HFD Hazmat Sustainment_COH_budget
  • FY2026 UASI – HFD Hazmat Sustainment_COH_supp
  • Related project files should have the same project name and jurisdiction
