Regional THIRA and SPR Process

The Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) and Stakeholder Preparedness Review (SPR) meetings have been scheduled for 2025. This process is required as a condition of grant funding but is also an opportunity for the region to identify risks and gaps to address both with and without federal funding to support our efforts. The THIRA and SPR are described in CPG 201, for reference.
