Effective Thursday, December 20, 2018, Termaine Owens is assigned the role of Interim WebEOC Administrator for Southeast Texas. Termaine, who is the current Regional WebEOC Programmer, will serve as the primary point of contact for all WebEOC administrative, operational, and programmatic issues.
