Through the UASI program, as well as other current and former grant programs, our region has developed a variety of regional plans, concepts of operations, and other documents designed to ensure a consistent and coordinated response to events and incidents that span multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the autonomy of local governments and agencies.

These plans are considered For Official Use Only, and access is limited to individuals with a need-to-know (typically approved representatives of local jurisdictions and agencies, specifically in the emergency management and public safety fields).

Interested parties may apply to attend a free one-hour training on the regional plans, which will cover additional details about our region, the planning process, and summaries of each of the plans. Trainings are virtual and are offered on a quarterly basis. Registration must be done online.
