The City of Houston Office of Emergency Management is pleased to host and facilitate the Hurricane Rehearsal of Concept and Emergency Operations Center Functional Exercise. The scenario for this exercise will be a Category 5 hurricane, similar to hurricane Michael. This exercise will be all-day, consisting of a morning session review/training for stakeholders who participate in an EOC activation of this magnitude, and the afternoon session will be a Functional Exercise offering participants a realistic event in order to respond.

We ask that ALL participants register using the form below so that we may have an accurate count for lunch and other necessary provisions (coffee, water, snacks). We will also need your information to provide our security with a complete list of participants so that you will be admitted onto the property. Time: 8:00 AM (registration begins), 9:00 AM (training starts), 12:00 (lunch-provided), 12:30 PM (exercise commences), 3:30 PM (exercise ends and participant hotwash)
