WebEOC Server Upgrade and

Infrastructure Enhancement

The SETX WebEOC System has been scheduled for upgrade on Saturday, May 08, 2021 beginning at 5:00 pm, which will be completed Sunday morning May 09, 2021. During this time period the WebEOC Server System will be intermittently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This upgrade provides several enhancements and product fixes that will enhance your overall WebEOC user experience. Additionally, this upgrade will move the current servers to a new server environment, which will provide improved server capabilities. The new server environment will increase the responsiveness of WebEOC for all users and the upgrade to WebEOC 9.0 will provide some enhanced functions that will be deployed in the near future.

Upon completion of the Server Infrastructure Enhancements and WebEOC Upgrade you will be notified that the system is once again fully operational.
