The Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in partnership with the City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Public Safety and Homeland Security will be hosting the L-548 course, Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) Program Manager Train-the-Trainer Course on July 29th-30th. This two-day course is designed so participants can explain the benefits of developing a viable continuity program, as well as identifying the processes, resources, and tasks necessary to implement and manage a successful continuity program.
