Please forward the attached flyer to stakeholders in your jurisdiction and register for the Wildfire TTX (Note: If you have already registered, then you will receive a Jason’s Deli lunch order link today. The link will be sent directly from Jason’s Deli).
This exercise provides an opportunity to discuss resource management and reimbursement through mutual aid requests as well as information coordination between incidents, different unified command posts, EOCs, and the public based on wildfires affecting multiple jurisdictions within the 13-county Houston-Galveston region.
When registering please note that lunch is not provided and you may bring your own or order and pay on-line with a group order. Once you register for the TTX, then you will receive an email with the Jason’s Deli group order by the end of today. If you have any questions about the lunch order, please contact Alison Belcher. Who Should Attend: Fire Leadership, OEM, EMS, Law Enforcement, PIOs, Texas A&M Forest Service, and other stakeholders
When: Monday, April 23, 2018 (Registration/Networking begins at 8:30 a.m.)
TTX 9am – 3pm

The last day to register for this TTX and participate in the group lunch order is COB, Thursday, April 19th. All lunch orders must be placed by Friday, April 20th.
