WebEOC Work Group | October 27th Meeting Agenda

Good afternoon WebEOC Work Group!

The agenda for next week’s meeting, along with the call-in/screen-share information, can be found below. Prior to that, there are three items that we wanted to communicate to everyone/remind you all of.

First, until the new WebEOC Administrator is hired, you should go to your jurisdiction’s Sentinels/SubAdministrator for most issues (password resets, account unlocking, etc.). For technical issues or for creation of regional incidents, please contact both Yaneth Calderon (yaneth.calderon@houstontx.gov) and Hamilton Howard (hamilton.howard@houstontx.gov) at Houston OEM. Lisa Spivey from SETRAC will continue in her role as co-chair of this work group, and will be assisted by the chairs of the Tech Work Group (Ian Feldman and Lach Mullen) until the vacant administrator position is filled.

Second, for those needing a Basic User Training, Yaneth Calderon will be conducting one tomorrow, Friday 23 October 2020 at 1:00 pm. Please email yaneth.calderon@houstontx.gov to register.

Third, due to COVID, the Juvare Exchange (the annual user conference for all Juvare products including WebEOC) is both virtual and free this year. Sessions will be offered online next week Tuesday through Friday, and are open for anyone to attend. More information can be found on the Juvare website.
