Fort Bend County will be hosting a Data Wing Flight Academy class at a discounted rate of $1200 per participant. This discount is being made available for public-safety organizations wishing to get their sUAS Pilot’s License form the FAA. This class will teach you everything you need to know to pass the test, and is structured around getting you through the FAA flight center with a completed (and passed!) test and provisional pilot’s license.
The class will be held on January 8-12, 2018 at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. Class will be from 0800-1700 each day, and includes trips out to the FAA testing center on Friday for testing and provisional licensing. After you pass this test you will receive your official FAA Pilot’s license in the mail within a few weeks.
This class is capped at 8 participants, and is first-come, first-served. The first eight registrants with completed Credit Card Processing forms forms will have a guaranteed seat in the class.
