Jesica Rubio, our new Jetty administrator, asked that we pass along the fact that Jetty has completed work on the Correspondence Management feature, which should improve the ability to send emails through the system. This feature will go live on 17 December 2019. Prior to the roll-out, Jetty will offer four opportunities to be trained on the feature via webinar. Please see the official Jetty notice below for a more detailed description of the changes as well as the webinar information.

Jetty New Feature Release December 17
Jetty is excited to announce a new Correspondence Management feature that will be released on December 17.
New features include:
- Posts and Emails become two different and independent operations.
- Ability to create multiple email templates
- Addition of “test send” capability
- Email and Inquiry history by user / contact
- Updated process for subscribers to manage selections
As the workflow and functionality in this area is changing, Jetty is offering complimentary webinars for administrators and users prior to the rollout. A user guide for this new functionality will also be available prior to the release date.
