Good morning UASI partners,

I am saddened to report that one of our colleagues, Frank Bengochea (City of Pasadena EMC), passed away yesterday. Frank was a long-time partner and friend to many of us in the UASI region, and was always willing to lend a hand to other jurisdictions and organizations. Frank was also an engaged participant in several UASI committees and work groups, and his insight and input has helped carry the UASI to the point it is at today. Our thoughts are with Frank’s family and co-workers during this difficult time, and he will undoubtedly be missed.
