Dear Emergency Management Coordinators and/or Sentinel,
On October 18th at 1:00pm, the WebEOC Work Group will meet to have an After Action Review (AAR) on the Southeast Texas WebEOC boards as well as State of Texas boards. We would like for you or a representative to attend the meeting either in person or online so we can document the strengths and areas of improvement.
After this meeting, we will be requesting the EMCs from each of our regional jurisdictions to sign the STAR after action recommendations so can deliver those to the Texas WebEOC Work Group and technology group on November 14. The information we put together is not intended to bash the State CIS and/ or the STAR board, but to help them understand our wants/needs. Alison Belcher and I will compile your information into an official After Action Report.
This is also the same for the meeting on October 18, not to bash the WebEOC Administrator but to express your wants and needs in a formal manner :).
If you are unable to attend, please email me with a list of your WebEOC strengths and improvements, or complete this survey before October 13.

The regularly scheduled WebEOC Work Group meeting is pushed back until October 18, so agencies have time to conduct their own after action review before the WebEOC AAR. Please discuss improves and sustains for webeoc and bring the information with you on October 18 at 1pm. Location is at Houston Emergency Center, Room 2081 and online.
