This is a reminder of today’s Technology Work Group Meeting scheduled for 1:00 pm at the Houston Emergency Center Room 2081. If you cannot make the meeting in person, call-in instructions are at the end of this email.

One of the items for discussion today is an update of the Regional Technology Matrix. The original version of this document, created in 2011, examined various technologies in use across the greater Houston region to identify commonalities among jurisdictions as well as gaps not being met. Our goal with this update is to get a current snapshot and again help identify where gaps exist in technologies to support emergency management and related functions.
